      • Transcripts - We have add several new features on notes and how transcripts are run, so I am reviewing the options below.
        • Transcript Notes - Editable in Academics > Students > Academics >Transcripts
          • Transcript General Memo - Will show on all transcripts for this person no matter what degree or type is used (Existed Previously)
          • Transcript Memo By Type - Will show on transcripts run for this type.  (Existed Previously) Will not show when transcripts are run by degree track/Major. 
          • Transcript Memo by Major - Will show whenever a transcript is run for this major, both when run by Type and by Degree Track.  (New in this release)
            • Additional Major Info - Shows up at the top, directly under the degree earned info. 
            • Transcript Memo - Shows up at the end, near where other two memos above would show.
        • Individual Transcripts
          • Transcripts by Type (Official and Unofficial Options) - This can be run in Academics > Students > Academics >Transcripts. (Existed Previously)
          • Transcripts by Degree Track (Official and Unofficial Options) - This can be run in Academics > Students > Academics >Majors, Minors and Audits (Added in Version 2.61)
        • Bulk Transcripts - From Student Search.  Official and Unofficial Options 
          • Transcripts by Type
            • Type - This must be specified (Existed Previously)
            • Include Currently Enrolled Classes on Transcript - Yes or No (Existed Previously)
            • Graduation Date - Specify any graduation date range.  Optional (New in this release)
          • Transcript by Degree Track (New in this release)
            • Include Currently Enrolled Classes on Transcript - Yes or No
            • Graduation Date - Specify any graduation date range.  Optional
            • Run Transcript by Degree not Transcript Type - Yes or No
            • Run for all Degree Tracks for Student 
              • Yes - this will print each degree track for a student. If a graduation date criteria has been entered, only degree tracks with that graduation date are run.
              • No - The degree tracks for a student are ordered by "Graduation Date descending, Ranking ascending". Only the first degree track in the list for a student will be used.
