HTML Host Boxes Not Expandable

I'm reporting as a bug since this functionality use to be there.

In the edit screen of the Host/Additional Info, the messages boxes are resizable except the ones that are HTML. Those boxes use to be expandable, but they have lost that functionality. Expandabnility is helpful when editing a large message such as email creation, etc.

We found a setting to allow these to be resizeable.  This change will be included in the February release.
