Are students able to edit their own profile? This may help streamline registration a bit. For example: student comes to registrar's office or wherever registration is happening, then views, edits if necessary, and approves info like address, email, etc.?
I just created a new username for a new member of our faculty who previously graduated from APNTS. When she went to login, it gave her the choice of Student portal or Instructor portal. However, her profile shows active on Instructor but inactive on Student.
