Prospects

I had failed to post this question. The Registrar's Office has appealed to take the pick list off of previous schools attended for Prospects. Only a handful of prior institutions will be used repeatedly. It would be better to have this field be blank. Entering the prior schools into a pick list on a separate form has proven to be cumbersome.

Is it okay to change an existing prospect record if the prospect wants to come back for a different degree? Do I need to make the old prospect record historical? Perhaps these questions need to be answered through institutional policy, which is fine.

Is it possible to change the pick lists for state/province abbreviations to connect it to the relevant country? When I tried to enter an address earlier today, I wasn't able to select the state abbreviation for California in the United States.

Would it be possible to add an additional search field for prospects by date entered into GNECsis? I ask because I have entered lots of prospects in the system for which I had limited information and now the recruitment office is looking for them.
