Admissions

  • If default email from domain is turned on (in host) and preferred username filled in, when prospect becomes student the school and preferred emails will change to username + domain name
  • Add option for photo release field on app (currently turned off)

Academics

  • Add Registration Rules (Academics > Administration) to allow schools to add additional rules.  Currently restrictions on residential status and delivery method combinations.
  • Allow multiple attendance records on a day
  • Add Campus/Primary Campus bulk updates
  • Instructor page, add permissions section with roster, directory, and photo release permissions
  • Student page, rename FERPA to Permissions, add roster, directory and photo release permissions to this section
  • Add bulk update of photo release field
  • Add bulk update of directory and roster permissions (either from host or custom)

System Administration

  • Add default directory and roster permissions (used for new students) (Currently set to all but home address on both)
  • Add option to allow students to edit their own directory and roster permissions (Currently turned off)
  • Add option to default school/preferred email from username and ad domain name (also ran sql and updated all current active students)
  • Remove new button from user
  • Group Detail – add readonly full access and no access buttons for easier selection

Student Portal

  • Update roster to only show students whose name is not hidden
  • Remove email column from roster grid
  • Student page (from roster) only shows non-restricted info
  • Update profile page to show permissions (if selected on host, these are also editable.  Currently turned off for you)
  • Add directory

Faculty Portal

  • Combine Emergency Info, Administration, and new Profile info into a new Profile Page
  • Allow Profs to request profile updates
  • Allow profs to update permissions (directory, roster, and photo release)
  • Update advisee page to show permissions for advisee
  • Update roster to show if info is hidden from directory and/or if hidden from roster
  • Student page (from roster) shows full permission page
  • Student page (from directory) does not show permissions and info is restricted to requested permissions
  • Change student page to be directory
    • Show instructors as well
    • Don’t show students who have name hidden from directory
    • Don’t allow email if email hidden from directory

Reports

  • Fix pdf reports with profile pic option
  • Enrollment  report – remove previous ferpa field, add display in directory and display on public roster (name field from permissions)
  • Student Degree – emove previous ferpa field, add display in directory and display on public roster (name field from permissions)
  • FERPA Report – rename to Student Permissions.  Remove previous directory data block field, add all new permission fields.  Change report to show all active students.
  • Add photo release and directory restriction fields to person and enrollment queries
  • Completion Report
