Version 2.40

  • Custom Attributes
    • A new section has been added to Student (in Academics, Student Life, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid) as well as to Prospect and Person.
    • This will allow you to add custom attributes for these areas.
    • These custom attributes can then be added to the Advanced Custom Queries
  • Merging
    • Student Merge now lets you merge student life and student account information as well, and as before the person record will stay.
    • Employee Merge hasn’t changed, as before the person record will stay.
    • Person Merge 
      • Previously person merge did not work if both people were students, or employees. 
      • The person merge has been changed to create one overall merging location.
      • For this reason, it has been removed from the person section on all sections other than system administration.
      • Person has been added to System Administration.  The “Merge Selected” option remains here.  There is also a new “Find Duplicates” tool on this page that allows you to find all people with either the same given/family name or same family name/date of birth.
      • The new merge allows you access to the Student Merge, Employee Merge, and Person Merge from one location so you can more easily merge everything for a person.
  • Financial Aid
    • ISIR Attribute - ChildrenofFallenHeroesIndicator
    • ISIR Template
      • A new action added to the FieldNumber that positions on that line, so when you click "New", the attribute it added after this position.
      • When it loops through the attributes to reset the FieldNumber/position, we first order all the attributes by FieldNumber 
  • Forgot Your Password
    • The forgot your password option now includes email verification.  For more information see the document attached.  This works for both system email and Active Directory schools.
  • Language - Updated Spanish translations and abbreviations
  • Donor Development – Add Events option to donations
  • Transcript Tweeks for NTS, Luther King and Cliff.
