Transaction Search - make term not required (Requested by NTS)

The update did not fix the issue I was having with having to choose a term for a transaction search. frequentley I need to search for transactions for a date range that may overlap terms, Can this please be fixed.

This release is scheduled for later today, so has not yet been installed. This fix is included in this release. Feel free to try on your test server to verify.
