        • Student Email Creation Enabled fields moved to messages area, renamed to default user creation
        • Student and Faculty Emails for account creation now available in messages area 
          • If student user creation email is enabled, there is an active student record and all fields are filled out, they will get this email.
          • If faculty user creation email is enabled, no student record is active, a faculty/instructor record is active, they will get the faculty account creation email.
          • If neither of these are enabled and Email User on Account Creation is enabled, they will get the default user creation email. NOTE: for any of these specialized emails to go out, the default email needs to be properly configured and enabled.
          • This is available for both OpenLdap and Active Directory.
