discrepancy between amount of scholarships awarded and the Financial aid offer

Hi all,

On student 660016983 I created a financial aid offer for them today and it is not calculating the scholarship amount awarded correctly.  On the FAO it says that they have 1009 in estimated scholarships and on her financial aid section it is $6,465.00 this makes the amount of loan eligible incorrect.  

I am not sure if it has anything to do with they attended in fall and did not take loans and are now requesting them but I do not believe that is the case.

Can someone please take a look at it and tell me if it is a system error or if I did something wrong.
