  • Admissions Portal and Online Application – Since each school has a different application requesting different information, this will require some initial programming configuration. If you are interested in using this feature in the future, please email a copy of your application so that I can add the necessary fields that don’t already exist.  Features listed below

  • Additional Field Options
    • Prospect – Admission Essay
    • Student – Option for student’s to remove their name and contact information from being viewable by other students
    • Person
      • Are they a veteran?

      • Foreign National ID – National ID for a student’s home country
    • Exam History Note – Default Login authorization type for new user accounts
  • Advanced Topics Courses/Classes – This allows you to have one course number for courses that have flexible advanced topics. Add list of topics to the course, and when entering the class, enter the exact topic for this class.  The class title will then show on schedules, etc as the advanced topic.
  • Cross Listed Courses – Display primary course under the cross-listed section. Cross listed courses only need to be added to the primary course (not both directions).  If a class has a cross-listed course, all course numbers will show in the schedule.  No need to add a class for each cross-list.
  • Disabled Back Button – previously if you clicked the back button, you would be logged out. The back button has now been disabled so that you don’t get logged out by accident
  • Student Self Registration and Advisor Registration
    • Improve error handling for non-prequisite errors
    • If class allows multiple delivery methods, student/advisor must choose the delivery method for this enrollment
  • Merges
    • Allow selection of multiple students
    • Add Campus ID
    • If multiple Student Health records, error instead of crashing
    • Add user name option for when both accounts have a username
  • Report Updates
    • Add work phone/cellphone to Enrollment report
    • Show Degree Track instead of Degree Major on Enrollment Report
    • Add IPEDS Ethnicity (US Only) and Student Directory Permission to Custom Queries
    • Reorganize prospect requirement report
