  • Potential Action Items
    • Student Portal Read Only Access - there is now the ability for someone with permission to login (readonly)  as a student to the student portal.  Please verify your group permissions in System Administration
      • Academics > Students > ViewStudentPortal
      • Student Accounts > Students > ViewStudentPortal
    • Profile Change Requests - there is now the ability for someone to request a profile picture change, and it will be included in the standard approval processing.
      • Academics > Administration > Profile Change Settings - you will need to enable profile picture if you wish to allow this.

      • Login - issue with old applications attached to logins (Reported by NTS)

        • Process - When processing the application, if documents uploaded, they will be moved from the user record to the person/prospect record.  Once application is processed, these documents will be available in prospect to be viewed and attached to the correct requirement.
