The following updates were installed at our English Speaking Schools. Spanish Speaking Schools will be updated soon

  • Admissions
    • Add Financial Aid Fields for US Schools
    • Prior Education Field Bug Fix
    • School – fix bug in deletion
    • Application Processing bug fixes
  • Academics
    • Add start date to degree major grid on student
    • Add photo roster to class
    • Bug fix on Withdrawal reason field on student
    • Add CIP Subcategory to degree major list (US)
    • Degree Audit
      • Show ‘Failed’ or ‘Incomplete’ for classes under electives (when applicable)
      • Do not allow ‘Failed’ or ‘Incomplete’ classes to be chosen to fulfill manual requirements
    • Proposed Schedules      
      • Notify student if proposed schedule is accepted
      • Add button to email student (can be used anytime, but especially if schedule cannot be processed as submitted)
      • Add button to go to student record
      • Change ‘Active Students w/o Proposed Schedule’ to ‘Active Students w/o Schedule for Term’.  Will now show students who have neither a proposed schedule nor an actual schedule for a given term.
