Just wanted to let everyone know that we have added a new status for Forum posts, Task Created.  When a Forum post has this status, it means that the GNECsis team has determined that more research on this post needs to be done and a task has been created internally to look in to it.  

Below is an overview of all statuses for posts directed at the GNECsis team:

Open - Conversation has begun.  No action taken yet.

Closed - General conversation.  Discussion has been completed, and thus conversation is now closed.

Answered - General question.  GNECsis team has responded, and either no follow up needed or waiting for a response from original poster.

Task Created - GNECsis team has determined that more research on this post needs to be done and a task has been created internally to look in to it.   When the internal task is completed, this will be changed to Resolved.

Resolved - GNECsis team has resolved the issue in the post.  This may be a data issue and thus issue resolved immediately on school's system, or it may be an update that will be included in the next release.  A forum post in this discussion will give more details.  The release notes for the version including this update, will provide a link back to the post for reference.

On Hold - No action to be taken right now.  Either issue can not be recreated, or a new feature request that the GNECsis team isn't prepared to include in the system right now.
