I was setting up a loan disbursement this morning and found that some students that has not accepted their awards are on the list for disbursement. I have placed a document in Mine and Dana's file with name the names of the students highlighted that have not yet accepted their awards.

All awards that are awarded or accepted are shown in the disbursements screen. Since disbursements for loans are based on already having an acceptance and disbursement release Indicator set, it is expected that the only disbursements that will be completed for the loans will be on the disbursement approval report. There is a disbursement report validation built in such that you know the total amount to be disbursed and can put that amount in at the top. The system will then give you a warning if you have not set an equal amount of disbursement amount that you put in the total. Specific for loans it shows the awarded and accepted so that you have the ability to see all potential disbursements.
