All awards that are awarded or accepted are shown in the disbursements screen.  Since disbursements for loans are based on already having an acceptance and disbursement release Indicator set, it is expected that the only disbursements that will be completed for the loans will be on the disbursement approval report.  There is a disbursement report validation built in such that you know the total amount to be disbursed and can put that amount in at the top. The system will then give you a warning if you have not set an equal amount of disbursement amount that you put in the total. Specific for loans it shows the awarded and accepted so that you have the ability to see all potential disbursements.  

General details:

• Disbursement screen shows all potential disbursements based on being awarded.  Screen shows awarded and accepted for all sources.
• Regardless of the acceptance status... only government funds that have had the Release indicator set will be disbursed by the government. Thus the only time you ever disburse federal funds is if you have the disbursement report. 
• With the Disbursement report you only disburse exactly what the government has approved and disbursed.  This will leave any and all awards that have not disbursed on the list.   The status of accepted or awarded was not needed on the screen because you will only ever disburse the funds that have already been granted by the government. Everything remaining are potential disbursements.
