Jasper error on change password email link

Hi,

A student from India is having tremendous difficulty changing his password. I was able to enter some of his credentials using the Problems Logging In? link but when he did this he got a Jasper error message (attached).

Thank you for your help.

Bug fixed

The forgotten password utility was broken.  A change was made a while back that affected it and it was not caught. This is fixed and is in the next release (and already applied to your server). Have him try again and he should be OK.
