Good morning,
I just noticed that I have a student that should have gotten a 75% refund for a class that was dropped in the 2nd week of classes but the system actually charged him an additional $393.75 which would have been the 25% that we charging but he was already charged that amount in his original invoice. It should have showed a credit on his account of $1,182.25.
Please let me know if I need to send the student information.

We are currently finishing up a large update to the billing rules section. The Refund Rules are changing and I believe will correct this problem. For now go ahead and manually make the correction. I will be in touch soon to explain the updates.

The refund policy rules are still not correct. I have a student that dropped today and she should have been given a 75% refund and it appears that she was charged 75% additional. She should have only been charged 25% of the original amount. 3 hour class $1575.00 75% refund should be $1,181.25= $393.75 revised charge amount.
I will manually fix this student but can it be looked at again.
