Can we have the system alert/stop the creation of a new user with the same gov't ID as an existing user?
I am working with our team to try to prevent duplicates, but it would be helpful for the system to refuse creation of a person that has the same SS number, etc. Hopefully this will be applicable globally.

This is actually already a setting on host. Under permissions, please mark "Government ID is unique". This will make it so that whenever a person is added it will check the government id and ask "are you sure?" before allowing them to add one that already has this government id.
