Hi all,
I have been having an issue with adding documents to student records in the financial aid module. I can do the first one just fine but any documents I try to attach after it will not save on the record. This morning I attached a document to student #16539 for the 2023-2024 AY but when I tried to attached a document to Student #16829 it would not save to the record.
Please advise.

Hello,
I added a test document to the student you indicated without an issue. It might be something specific about the way you did it. It would be best for us to do a Zoom meeting so I can see you attempt the exact document.
