Is it possible to have a security feature on the Exam card, that will also be on the Exam sign off sheet for validation?
In our previous system, we had a random number that was against each of the courses the student had registered for. The same number was on the sign off sheet that the invigilator would validate against.
Please help.

Similarly, we were hoping the system would check student balance and automatically allow or decline printing. As is now, we have to use Financial Hold but in event a student pays, they have to reach out to Finance, someone in the Finance office has to unapply the hold for the student to pay.
We would love to undo the human intervention.

I have made the request of the developers. In the mean time I can create a very easy process that would allow you to do this almost automatically. I will set it up for you and you can decide if that is sufficient.

I have created a process for your school to use to find and make updates to students on hold. I think less then 30 seconds is needed to run through this process daily or several times a day.

Financial Hold does not block the ability to apply payments, and the student can get to accounts even when on hold. Where is a student being blocked from making a payment while on hold?
