Hi all,
I am not sure this is a bug/error but I was wondering if there was any way to exclude students from the billing analysis that are not enrolled.
Example, for the spring we have 5 students on the list that never enrolled in classes for the semester and then we have 2 that dropped on the first day of classes. It would be nice if the ones that never enrolled were excluded from the list. Their campus ID's are

We put some code in to look and see if any of the charges for a term/student are of type "Charge". If they don't have a charge transaction, then they do not show in the student list. The student's above only have "Credit/Payment" transactions because they are FinAid Awards, they were never charged for tuition. This eliminated the following students from Spring 2022-2023:
