We have a student 660002998 that had dropped 2 credit hours today, we are in the 75% refund rate and when I go to his student billing account it still shows that he is enrolled in 8 hours but on his academic record it only shows 6 hours. Please advise how to fix this

We noticed that if we back dated the drop it worked correctly so I am wondering if has something to do with the refunds.
