We had a student this morning drop a class and I generated his new enrollment and it did not calculate correctly. He is now only in 3 hours and the total bill should be $1,820.00.

The reason for the double charge in tuition is that the system does not delete refund level rules based charges after the add/drop deadline date. There is a special button that needs to be used after the Add/Drop deadline for deleting these values. (Delete Unposted Charges Before Generation) This only happens after the add/drop deadline as the system assumes there will be no more add's after that date and instead will just have partial refund's following the schools refund level rules for drops after the deadline.
