Hi,
I generated charges yesterday using advance search and receive a list of students that had a academic change and when I generated Spring charges for students the system also created a reversing charge for the Fall Tuition and course fees. I have included an example of the transaction. The fix on this is urgent.

The error was identified and corrected and tested on the test system. The update happening on the 17th will install the correction. I appologize for the error and than you for the detailed description. It will be inlcuded in 2.60 Update.
