I was able to find the error. The error is on the adding of a person, and not specifically on prospect. If you add the person as part of the creation of the prospect, the error shouldnt happen. It seems to only be on the adding of a person directly in person. A fix for this will be included in the next version.

Ah, that makes sense - I suspect they were in Admissions > Person, the step before Prospect.
