I have a prospective student that I downloaded their ISIR file on 03/23/2022 and again this morning because I can not find him using the advanced search feature for Prospects in the financial aid module. Can someone please look into this for us. The ISIR file name is

Hi Kendra,
We are making progress. The ISIR import does create a contact list with the number of records in it but when the list is opened there is no data. This is on the admissions side. On the finanical aid side the data is in the list.
Just a thought is it permissions issue?
