We are unable to use this report, we ran it for the dates 1/1/2010 - 12/31/2019 and it came up blank, and when we ran it again it won't let us scroll down so we can only view the first few students.

The created spreadsheet comes with the data having a freeze panes set after the data. This makes it so that scrolling up and down does not move the freezed panes.
Current Solution:
1. In Excel, go to top menus and select View.
2. Go to the ribbon and select the Freeze Panes dropdown.
3. Select Unfreeze Panes. This will allow you to scroll again.
(I have notified the developers to resolve the freeze panes on file creation)
