Thanks for all your hard work putting together the HESES ("HESA Student engagement by college") report for us, it's been very useful this year for a lot of the base information we need for that report. We're just working on that submission for HESES, and there's a couple of tweaks that would be fantastic if possible.
1. Could the EU/Non-EU column pull from the Student > Personal Info > "Citizenship" field, rather than "Nation of Citizenship" as it currently does.
2. Could the QUALENT3 column display the External Value for the field, rather than the Internal Value?

EDIT: it might also be useful for me to clarify what the criteria are for inclusion in the report, so I can be sure it's picking up everyone we need! At the moment I think it's picking up everyone who is Student Status = Active, but I think we will need Student Status <> Inactive as the trigger instead.

A final note on another issue with the report: it seems that no matter which year you select for the report, it pulls information from the first Instance Period, e.g. if you run a report for 2020-2021, if a student has HESA Student Year for 2017-18 it will pull that information for STULOAD and DISALL even if there is a 2020-2021. That would be a bit of a problem, as these two values can change between years.
Could you let me know when these are due, as I know the registrars are champing at the bit to get their statistics done!
