Transfer Courses Not Showing up on Transcript

I entered transfer courses as per usual in Classes/Transfer/Waivers with all of the required information, and the classes are not showing up on the students transcript.

Solution Found

Hello,

Transfer credits will show up on the transcript you choose for them to be tied to.  

Adding Transcript option on a new Transfer:

  1. Academics > Students > Details > Schedule and Registration > Classes/Transfers/Waivers
  2. Update Transfer/Waiver Entries
  3. Transfer/Waiver Groups, select Add
  4. Select an option from the dropdown for "Apply to Transcript" to select which Transcript the Transfers will show up on.

Updating Transcript option on a existing Transfer:

  1. Academics > Students > Details > Schedule and Registration > Classes/Transfers/Waivers
  2. Update Transfer/Waiver Entries
  3. Transfer/Waiver Groups, select update on the college
  4. Select an option from the dropdown for "Apply to Transcript" to select which Transcript the Transfers will show up on.
