- Currently, cashier entry made reflects whatever term is set as current under annual administration and I would need to delete entry, change current term, and re-enter for correct term to show on student transaction list. Reference screenshots 02 and 04 as example. Current term is set to Spring in those, but this could have been a payment toward a Fall balance.
On 1098-T a checkbox needs to be marked if student made payment in current calendar year toward a term that begins Jan-Mar of the next year. Without proper terms this would be difficult to determine.

I wanted to limit the options on the cashier page so as to not make lots of options for exception cases like this, so I have added the transaction date and the term to the cashier update page. So after you have entered the transactions click update and change the transaction date and/or term if needed.
This should keep the cashier page simplicity while saving you from having to back completely out and go to each student. It will be available in the next release.
