Folks,
We had a bit of trouble with one of our classes - BS4110 Introduction to Biblical Studies, Autumn 2020-2021. The lecturer set aside some time to instruct students how to login and use the Surbeys, but unfortunately for almost all of them, the survey notification didn't appear.
However, I can see that one student has completed it, so it obviously wasn't a universal problem.
Most students in the class were Audit students - could that have caused an issue?
Thanks!
Rob
The survey will appear for all students with a status of enrolled or completed that are not marked as independent study. The link will show two weeks before the end date of the class and will continue to show for two weeks after the end date of the class. In this case, the reason the link isnt showing is that the end date is more than 2 weeks ago. If you wish to open the survey back up, modify the end date of the class temporarily and then change it back.

Yes, that makes sense for now, and I'll try that out. However, the lecturer was trying this before the Christmas break on the last day of term, before the original class end date had passed.
