Substitute a class for that class but the student hasn't taken it

Hello,

I have a student returning after lots of changes to course numbers, etc. I am evaluating his previous classes to see what he has left.

When I click "Satisfy" for IS101 The World Mission, it gives me two instances of IS101 The World Mission. However, the student has never enrolled in this subject. Please see screenshot.
