"Submit Application" at the Bottom

Hello,

This is not much of a problem, but I thought it good if we put another click button at the end of the online application form on GNECSIs. We do not need to remove from the top though. What we have right now is great. Its just that applicants will have to go back to the very top to click it to submit.

What do you think?
