I added a new application form, and when I completed the application as a new user, I found the following message when I submitted the application.
An email indicated the user account was created, but this message came on the screen when the application was submitted.
There was no email sent to the admin or the user.
The submitted application is still under admissions, and the email used was hand.13g@gmail.com
