Folks,
Good morning! I hope you're doing well.
Could I request the ability to access these results in a CSV or similar file? We tend to process the results into a variety of comparative tables for staff use, so PDF isn't ideal for pulling that out.
In a related note, would it be possible to have a function to download a term's worth of survey results at once?
Thank-you!
Robert

I think these would be great additions. I have added them to the feature requests for the Developers.

We have an update for this in release 2.47, which is the next release. You will be able to create a report in excel. You will also be able to create a report from the class searchc page for multiple classes at the same time.

Kindra,
Thank-you! This has been very helpful, and looks like just what we need.
A little bit of feedback as we're starting to experiement with it:
(1) at the moment we can't download individual surveys in XLS from the class page, it comes up with the following error:
*** Error running Operation PRINT_ClassSurvey_XLS: java.io.FileNotFoundException: c:\temp\export202042061042016.xlsx (Permission denied)
(2) I can download surveys in bulk from the class search page, which is fantastic. The format is slightly confusing, however - the survey for one class seems to break over multiple tabs, as if it reached a maximum length for a tab at about line 53. Is it possible to have it re-formatted so that the results for each class simply stay on one page? This would make it a hundred times easier to get the data out quickly and simply for analysing.
It would also be great if the Unit Code for that class could be that name of that tab, as we'll likely be working with a large number of classes at once!
Thank-you!

Thanks. Fixes for these two issues are included in the next release, version 2.50.

Kindra,
Thank-you, these are looking fantastic! If it's possible to make it so that the tab at the bottom of the Excel sheet displays the Class Code (instead of 'Page 1' etc), that would be excellent for ease of use, but no biggie if that's not possible.
