Folks,
At the moment, we have four Colleges (Non-Validated, Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught, and Postgraduate Research).
We also have four available Transcript options (TBD, Certificate, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate).
Could we have the Transcript options moved around slightly so they conform to the different Colleges? It would be very beneficial to be able to print a separate transcript for each level of study.

You are able to change the names of the Transcript Types in the System Administration > Pick Lists > TranscriptRequestType
Update the External Value to match the Colleges. Do not delete or change any of the internal values as that may cause errors within the system. Same thing, do not delete any of the colleges unless you are certain no classes/courses or degrees or degree tracks are tied to the college.

I've done this (which has been very useful) - could I have a slight re-arrangement of the transcript formatting?
Currently the one for Postgraduate Research is setup as a Certificate transcript (no programme title, etc) - could it be changed to match all the other styles?

I think a zoom meeting is in order. I will finish your billing needs and then hopefully we can have a quick zoom call so you can show me exactly what you want for the transcript. The process to get programs and classes onto a transcript can get very complicated and I want to have a full understanding of your needs.
