Hi,
Yesterday I was trying to do a search of all the credit card fees that we received for the deposit and one student was not included on the list. I tried again this morning and the transaction was not there again.
Also when I choose print from the cashier/ transaction search/transaction list, the excel document has a merged field so I can not sort and I have to go through the entire document and delete the extra line that it inserts between each line before I can sort.
Please advise
