SAP runs off of information that is stored in the College Degrees section of Academic>Administration>College Degrees.
The values need to be entered into the programs for the system to know how to generate the SAP values.
I sent an email when SAP was installed that gave the instructions for setting it up. I will re-send the email to make sure you have all of the necessary information.
I believe your errors were related to the values not being properly set up in College Degrees for all programs.
Summary:
1. Update the college degrees at Academics>Administration>College Degrees.
2. Run SAP analysis for the term.
3. Review any errors and resolve any that are needing resolution.
4. Assign the Academic Standing for the term for all students.
5. Save their Academic Standings.
6. Anywhere in this process feel free to email or call me to walk through any troubles you have.
