Hello all,
I am raising this special request because this is the one mostly requested to us too. On the Academics-Reports-Enrollment Yearly Comparison, we generate results by term (i.e. 1st term, 2nd term, summer).
Could we have another report list that would show summary of the whole school year without the terms? This means that one student will be included once only for the one-year report.
Also, I hope this is true to Graduates. In this case, it becomes easier for us to compare the enrollment versus graduates in a year.

Would it be possible to add on the result their graduation dates? This way we will not go back to each student to see if they graduated or not. I am assuming that those who did not graduate may have a blank data n thier graduation dates.

There is a graduation date per degree track. Thus a student can have multiple graduate dates. Is it ok if we display only the last graduation date? That might mean that some will have a graduation date from several years before for their prior degree.

In the next release, I have made the following adjustments
- There is a new tab called year that will summarize by year
- Only degree tracks that have a blank graduation date or a graduation date within the college year will be included
- New Section called by Graduation Date, which will give you the graduation count by month of that year, or ones that don't have a graduation date
