As a result of a meeting with Advancement yesterday we are in agreement there needs to be scholarship reconciliation after each disbursement to make sure scholarship guidelines are being followed. We need a report set up as follows

Amount
Male or Female
Ethnicity
Program of study
Undergrad school
grade level
country of citizenship
I know this is a lot of information to request in one report but to best be informed advancement requests this information be included.
