It seems that once a class is full, it disappears from the online/public schedule. Is this intended?
Is it possible for those courses to remain on the listing since it may open up more?
Did we make that request? We are trying find a reason that hiding the full classes from public display would be helpful.
If so, any way to reverse that request because creating new sections or increasing the number in the class does not seem like a feasible solution for us.
The original request was made to not show classes like VPS91501 PART-TIME VISITING PH.D. STUDENT(I). Not showing closed classes was our way of doing this, since for a public schedule showing classes that aren’t open seemed reasonable.

That I remember. How about this for a solution:
Instead of open/closed as the solution, can we display based on the new “Exclude from LMS”? It seems that public classes use Moodle and independent and special classes do not. So that would match the public display seemly perfectly.
Would that work?
Not all use LMS, so I wouldn’t want to muddy the waters.
Not all use LMS, so I wouldn’t want to muddy the waters. Looking at what else exists there, what about if I exclude those marked ‘Special Permission Required’, ‘Directed Study’, and ‘Independent Study’. I think this should cover the majority of those special cases that you wouldnt want public.

This is not a bug. It was requested that closed classes not show. If you want it to show, increase the number or add a new section.

That seems like a good place to start. Thanks.
