Hi, Kindra! Please help us with a question from Dr. Darin Land, Assistant Academic Dean. Please read his message right below. Thank you!
Dear Judy,
As we plan the class schedules for next school year, it would be very helpful to have a list of prospective graduates. Having this list would allow us to check whether omitting certain classes from the schedule would negatively impact the ability of these prospective graduates to complete their programs.
Here is the information I would like to have in query results:
Student Name (First, Middle, Last) Degree Program Number of credits earned Number of credits needed
If it is possible to have a fifth column with the course numbers for required courses that are still lacking, that would be even better.
Thanks,
Darin

I have a report that will be included in the next release. It is not exactly what you are asking for above, but it should help. You can select based on gender, student classification, student status, graduation date range, and degree track. The following fields will display in excel, one row per student and degree track (so if a student has more than one degree track it will show multiple times):
Family Name:
Given Name:
Status:
Classification:
Directory No Show:
Gender:
Nationality:
Denomination:
Primary Campus:
Residence:
Birth Date:
Campus ID:
Email:
Phone:
Address:
Ethnicity:
Degree Track:
Degree:
Degree Major:
College:
Degree Track Status:
Degree Track Year:
Start Date:
Graduation Date:
Anticipated Graduation Date:
Total Credits:
If you want additional information, such as missing courses and requirements, you will want to run a degree audit.
