Processing Proposed Registration

There are several students who I've already processed, and they are still in queue showing "0" credits.

When a student submits their registration

When a student submits their registration and I “generate” their schedule, they are still on the list of students with proposed schedules and in the column with credit hours it says “0”.

I have a fix that I believe will fix the issue

I have a fix that I believe will fix the issue, along with some additional screen changes.  They will be installed in the next release.
