It seems that some permissions are not showing up. Kristin has permissions to see Admin/Integrations, but she can only see is: External Access Keys. She has read and update permissions for all integrations.
She has had these permissions before as she has run the moodle integration in the past but it isn't there now.

A fix for this will be included in the next version, but I have done a patch for NTS so that your issue should be resolved now.
