Hi,
I would like to request the ability to add a payment line to a payment plan already set up on a students account. This would be helpful just to have one payment plan a semester no matter how many months the payment plan is for. I have a student right now that set up a 5 month payment plan in July he paid a couple of payment and I discovered he had some added charges and he budget would not allow for an increase in the monthly amount so I extended his payment plan to 6 months but I do not have a way to add the additional payment to the current aggreement.

Kelly says "I added a "Add" button in student accounts to add a payment plan line. I also made some changes to the "Calculate Payment" process. It will incorporate any "added" payment lines. It also ignores payment lines for dates that have already passed. If a payment line is in the past and the student made a payment that does not equal the original "amount due", we change that to reflect what the student paid. If a student has made a payment tied to a payment line that is not yet overdue, but the payment is less than what is owed, we keep the original payment amount assuming that the student will pay more by the due date."
