I have a student that has a payment plan and I am having trouble determining what is wrong with their record. The payment is for $1168.00 a month. They have not paid Sept's payment to date and I have added a $25.00 late fee. I changed her Sept payment to $1,193.00 to reflect the additional fee. The Sept payment is showing correctly but is says that there was a -50.00 and the remaining due is $1,243, I can not seem to locate where the $50.00 is coming from. Can you please look at this for me and advise. 660016599. There may be an issue with calculations after you change an amount.
When I look at the student now ( I did not change anything) it appears to be correct.
Please let me know if you encounter this again.
