Hello,
I had a student today request a payment plan, a week after the start of the semester. I did manually correct the amounts of each payment. It appears that it was not taking into consideration the scholarship that had already been applied to the account. Total Tuition and fees costs is $6,385.00 and that was the amount the the payments were calculated on so the $900.00 scholarship was not subtracted. Also when I updated the amounts there is a option to include current balance in calculation and it made the amount $11,870.
