At present there is a page footer that says:

This cuts off access to certain buttons at the bottom of the page (e.g., GPA Calculator on Instructor > Advisees > Student Academics. The page will not scroll anymore, at least on my machine.
Can this be removed or made so that it will only show if one mouses down to the absolute bottom of the page.

I have tested this in Chrome on a PC and I can not duplicate the issue. What browser are you using? Are you accessing this on a PC, tablet or phone? I was not able to duplicate it on my cell phone either (original post said I did, which was an error). I would like to duplicate your specific situation.
