New issue with payment plan

Hi,

I was creating a payment plan for a student this morning and even though she has an estimated balance for fall the payment plan would not caculate because it said she would have a negative balance.  There is also 2 fall payment plan in the drown menu to pick the payment plan.  I have attached a screen shot of 660016805 record.

Please advise

Another one

Hi,

this student also had a loan but I declined it before I created his payment plan.  It actually calculated correctly but it has 3 of each fall spring and summer plans to choose from.  I just choose the first Fall one and it worked correctly.  this is student

Not real sure why summer is showing first, I created it last.
