LKH GNECsis sever down

Folks,

Good morning! The Luther King House GNECsis server (records.lkh.co.uk) seems to be currently unavailable. Would someone be able to check out whether that can be resolved remotely, or whether I should contact their technical support team to restart the whole thing manually?
